About Animalix

Animalix is an English-language blog dedicated to dogs, cats, and responsible pet ownership. Our mission is to give pet owners clear, evidence-based information they can trust — without the guesswork.

Our mission

We research and write about dog health, nutrition, breeds, behaviour, and care. Every post is reviewed before publishing, and we prioritise information backed by veterinarians, breed clubs, and official sources such as the FDA, AKC, ASPCA, and AVMA.

Who we are

Animalix is run by a small team of pet owners and editors who believe that good information saves pets' lives. We do not accept guest posts, and we do not publish sponsored content disguised as advice.

Why this blog exists

There is a lot of conflicting advice online about dogs and cats. Our goal is to cut through the noise with clear, structured posts that answer real questions pet owners ask every day.
